We provide junk removal, hauling, disposal, and handyman services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Handyman services may include minor repairs, installations, assembly, maintenance, or similar tasks. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

We do not provide licensed trade work unless explicitly stated in writing.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Price estimates are based on the information provided by the customer and are not guaranteed.

Final pricing may change based on volume, weight, labor required, materials, time, accessibility, or unforeseen conditions.

Additional charges may apply for heavy items, specialty tools, materials, or extended labor.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3. Payment

We accept cash, credit/debit cards, electronic payments, etc.
Failure to submit payment may result in additional fees, service refusal, or legal action.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service time.

Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Customer Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

You are the legal owner of the property or authorized to approve work.

Items removed or worked on are legal and safe to handle.

Work areas are accessible, reasonably safe, and free of hazards.

You have disclosed any known issues that may affect the work.

6. Handyman Services Disclaimer

Our handyman services are limited to minor, non-structural repairs and installations.

We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden damage, or materials supplied by the customer.

We do not guarantee repairs where underlying problems exist beyond the scope of work performed.

Any recommendations provided are not professional engineering, electrical, plumbing, or legal advice.

7. Prohibited and Hazardous Materials

We do not remove or handle:

Hazardous waste (including chemicals, asbestos, medical waste, or radioactive materials)

Explosives, firearms, or ammunition

Items prohibited by local, state, or federal law

If prohibited materials are discovered, we reserve the right to refuse or stop service immediately without refund.

8. Damage and Liability

We take reasonable care while performing services; however, we are not responsible for damage due to pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or structural weaknesses.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, aging materials, improperly installed fixtures, or areas not designed to support modifications.

9. Donations and Disposal

When possible, we may recycle or donate items at our discretion. We do not guarantee recycling or donation of any items.

10. Website Use

11. Limitation of Liability
